Finally got to try this most awaited Chinese/ Thai place! They have recently opened in Barsha Heights with a good and spacious seating! On my visit, the staff welcomed us friendly and were really polite.
Prax’s have a unique concept of ordering – You will be given a paper board with a pen to choose your order from the Chef’s menu or you can also create your own noodles with your choice of base(soba noodles, egg noodles etc), your choice of protein, sauce and toppings!
We started our meal with some starters – Chicken Siu Mai (Dimsums) and Vegetarian Spring Rolls. The chicken dimsums were steamed so well! Infact, Chicken piece was really soft and tender. The Vegetarian Spring roll was served hot along with sweet chilli sauce to go with it. These spring rolls tasted absolutely heaven. It was so delicious that we called for one more dish of those spring rolls. The starters were so good that i’d especially come back to have it again.
For the mains, we ordered for Black pepper chicken noodles from the chef’s menu. We also created one noodles and selected the soba noodles along with red curry, babycorn, mushrooms and topped with spring onions and garlic. The black pepper chicken was cooked with the right amount of spices, however this type was a bit towards the dry side. So if you like your noodles dry, you should definitely go for this one!
However, if you like your noodles to be in a wet kinda gravy, i.d recommend you to create your own and choose for the red curry as it would turn out to be perfect!
For desserts we tried out the date and caramel mousse – this desserts is one thing which will definitely pull me back to this place! A must must try!
The second dessert was the ginger and coconut mousse – this was an interesting combination and a healthy one too! A dessert which will satisfy your dessert crave as well as help you to stay fit!
Overall, i highly recommend this place to visit atleast once to try out their unique concept!
